How do I know if I am excluded under the self-exclusion listing?

The Self-Exclusion Listing is a system that lets you register to stop yourself from getting unsecured personal loans from licensed moneylenders. This does not apply to debt consolidation loans (loans that combine multiple debts into one).

How to check your exclusion status

You can find out if you are on the Self-Exclusion Listing by purchasing your Loan Information Report. This report will show:

• Whether you are currently excluded

• How long your exclusion period lasts

Steps: Choose the method

(a) If you are a Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), or foreigner with SingPass, click "Next" to start your online request

(b) If you are a foreigner without SingPass, visit the Moneylenders Credit Bureau office in person at 2 Shenton Way, #20-02, SGX Centre 1, Singapore 068804 for direct purchase of your report. Please note that walk-in purchases can only be made with cash.

For more information about the Self-Exclusion Listing, visit the Moneylenders Credit Bureau FAQ page at https://www.mlcb.com.sg/faq.html
