I made excess payment for my child's school and miscellaneous fees. What will happen to the excess payment?
The excess amount will be reserved for school and miscellaneous fees payable until December of the year.
If you are on GIRO, any excess after reservation will be auto-refunded to the same GIRO account. If you are not on GIRO, follow the instructions in the monthly bill to arrange for the refund.
