As part of MOE’s efforts to ensure that all our schools are well-staffed and have a good spread of officers, MOE centrally manages the deployment of officers. In the posting of officers to schools, MOE will take into key consideration the competing staffing needs of schools, subject competency and travelling time of the officers.
