RS are encouraged to email or call the school offered under SPERS-Sec. RS may choose not to accept the place offered during the School Posting Phase and contact another secondary school to seek admission. If the school is on the RS's list of eligible schools, the RS would be admitted if there are vacancies. Otherwise, the school has the discretion to assess (including setting school-based tests) and decide whether to admit the RS, subject to the availability of vacancies.
