My Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident child is currently in a secondary school or a junior college. How do I request for a school transfer?

You may approach your child’s current school for advice.

A school transfer is an important decision and can disrupt the quality of your child’s educational experience. We encourage you to make the decision in consultation with the school as they are best placed to advise on your child’s learning needs.

A school transfer, if necessary, is subject to the availability of vacancies at the point of application and your child meeting the school’s admissions criteria.
