How do I log in to the JAE Internet System (JAE-IS) using the Singpass QR code?
- Launch your Singpass app on your mobile device.
- Tap the 'Scan' button at the bottom to activate the Singpass QR code scanner.
- Hold your device's camera over the computer screen to scan the Singpass QR code on the JAE-IS Singpass login page.
If you cannot access the Singpass app’s QR code scanner
- You need to grant Singpass app access to your device's camera function to enable the Singpass app's QR code scanner.
- Go to your device's 'Settings' menu to check that you have granted Singpass app access to your device's camera function and try again.
- If the issue persists, QR code scanning may be incompatible with your device, operating system, or browser. Please continue to log in using Singpass ID and password, followed by SMS-OTP or through Face Verification.
