Will more financial assistance schemes be offered to help students in our Post-Secondary Educational Institutions cope with financial difficulties?

Updated by MOE
MOE and our publicly-funded post-secondary education institutions will ensure that no deserving student admitted to our institutions will be denied an education due to financial difficulties. The Government and the post-secondary educational institutions already provide schemes in the form of bursaries, loans and work-study assistance. There are also other forms of financial assistance offered by foundations, community groups, Self-Help Groups, private and professional organisations. MOE reviews the adequacy of financial assistance schemes regularly.
