If you are found suitable to re-join the service, you are generally re-appointed at your last substantive appointment grade and last-drawn salary, with increments granted for full-time relevant work experience acquired after leaving MOE (at the sole discretion of the Ministry), subject to the submission of documentary proof to substantiate the additional work experience. If a partial workload has been chosen, the remuneration and benefits package will be pro-rated accordingly. We would be in a better position to discuss your remuneration package when you have been found suitable for appointment as a contract adjunct teacher.
