When are Flexi-Adjunct Special Educational Needs Officers [FAJ(SEN Officer)s], Flexi-Adjunct School Counsellors [FAJ(SC)s] or Flexi-Adjunct MOE Kindergarten Educators [FAJ(MKE)s] allowed to consume their leave benefits?
FAJ(SEN Officer)s, FAJ(SC)s or FAJ(MKE)s will be allowed to consume their leave benefits (except annual leave which is commuted to cash) after they have accumulated 3 months (i.e., 90 days) or more of cumulative service with the same school or MOE Kindergarten. Exception is for Shared Parental Leave (SPL), where individuals will be eligible to consume SPL as long as (i) the spouse is eligible for maternity leave or adoption leave and, (ii) has declared that she wishes to share the leave with him.
