Your Constituency Office (CO) will process the applications and notify you during these periods:

For students in primary, secondary and specialised schools, junior colleges and Millennia Institute: From January to March
For students in polytechnics: October to December
For students in the Institute of Technical Education (ITE): By May (for ITE Award exercise in May and June), by October (for ITE Award exercise in October and November)

Please check with your CO if you did not receive any notifications by the specified periods.
