Why is the usage of Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) not extended to all courses, including those offered by private institutions?

With the broadening of the use of Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), students will be able to use their PSEA to pay the fees and charges for more programmes, including approved government-subsidised programmes offered by private institutions and other private training providers. This is to ensure the quality of the programmes and educational outcomes as these approved institutions will be accountable to the Government.
