Students who are not studying in mainstream schools are required to apply for a unique registration number (RG) online, which will enable MOE to evaluate their eligibility based on the supporting documents provided. Eligible students will be given instructions on accessing the DSA-Sec Portal, where they can submit their DSA-Sec applications.

Do apply early for the RG number as processing takes time. RG number is required for submission of DSA-Sec application. Do note that late DSA-Sec applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
