Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident children enrolled in an Early Years Centre (EYC) are guaranteed a Kindergarten 1 place in a partner MK, if they:

Meet the relevant eligibility criteria (eligible children would receive a notification letter from their EYC by 31 January of the registration year); and
Register via the EYC application form.

If the EYC that the child is enrolled in is partnering more than one MK, parents will need to select the partner MKs in order of their preference when submitting the EYC application form. The child will be guaranteed a K1 place in one of the partner MKs.
