What can I do if I need a receipt for my child’s GIRO deduction?
For reimbursement or tax purposes, you can request for a statement of payment history through our online feedback form.
When making a request, please let us know if you require a 12-month or 18-month period payment history starting from which month to which month.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for the email reply. For requests received between January and March, there may be a delay in response time due to high volume of requests expected during that time.
