What should I do if my child becomes unwell?

If your child is unwell, please see a doctor. Please adopt all the following precautions before you leave home:

  • Always wear a mask.

  • Avoid crowded places, including hospitals and nursing homes.

  • Avoid contact with vulnerable persons such as the elderly.

Babies (less than 1 month old) with fever (≥38°C) should be referred to the Children's Emergency (CE) for clinical assessment and considered for admission to conduct inpatient investigations / management.
