What if a worker’s Safety Orientation Courses (SOC) expires during medical or hospitalisation leave?
Submit an appeal for temporary exemption to WSH_training@wshc.sg. Include the medical certificate and proof of SOC registration for after the leave period.
If you cannot provide the required supporting documents, explain why.
Appeals are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome will be conveyed within 3 to 10 working days.
