What should I do if I lost my Personal Learning Device (PLD)?
1. Make a police report.
2. Inform the school via email at admin_nchs@moe.edu.sg.
3. Email Lenovo Helpdesk at aseansg@lenovo.com and cc both pdlplenovo@asiapac.com.sg and admin_nchs@moe.edu.sg with the police report and proof of purchase.
4. For further queries, you may contact Lenovo Helpdesk at 1800 852 8100. Their operating hours are Mon-Fri: 0900-1800 and Sat: 0900-1500.
