All NCSS members and MSF-funded social service agencies are eligible to apply for the CCT.

SSAs who have received funding under existing schemes will also be eligible to apply for the CCT. However, projects must not receive double funding i.e. SSAs cannot tap on both CCT and other grants/funding for the same project.
