The purpose of the Organisational Health Framework for Social Services (OHFSS) is to help SSAs to systematically and comprehensively assess their strengths and areas of development, and identify follow-up plans to strengthen their organisations. The OHI is to provide them with a measure of how well their organisation is doing and to guide SSAs in the choosing of funding and support to apply for under the CCT. As such, the SSAs’ OHI scores will seek to complement and not affect the outcomes of their applications.
