Staff can make use of the Tribe Website to search for available postings. After discussing with their supervisor and HR, the Lending agency HR will initiate discussion with borrowing agency HR on the staff’s interest for the secondment opportunity.

Shortlisted staff may have to attend interviews and/or other forms of assessment as decided by respective SSAs.

HR of both SSAs to negotiate terms when the job match is confirmed.
