What happens after my NLB Mobile App account is deleted?
If you delete your NLB Mobile App account linked to your myLibrary username, you will lose access to several services, including:
Profile and contact details updates
Transactional push notifications
Borrowing or reserving physical books, eBooks, eNewspapers, eMagazines, and audiobooks
Viewing your loans, favorites, or reservations
Paying fees/fines digitally
Redeeming rewards (e.g. Book Bugs cards)
Using the eCard for library entry
Accessing NLB’s research databases and eLearning tutorials
Signing up for programmes or other library services requiring a myLibrary username
However, you can still use your NRIC to:
Borrow physical books in person
Pay fees/fines at the library
Sign up for events that don’t require a myLibrary username.
