When I try to log in, the app says “Profile already exists”. What do I do?

We are sorry that you are encountering this problem. Here are the steps.


1. If you are using an iPhone:


a. Go to your phone’s Settings menu.

b. Tap on General -->iPhone Storage.

c. Find and select NLB Mobile.

d. Tap on Delete App.

e. Head to the App Store and re-download the app.

f. Try signing in again.


If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the error message and email it to enquiry@nlb.gov.sg.



2. If you are using an Android phone:


a. Go to your phone’s Settings menu.

b. Select Apps or Application manager or Applications.

c. Tap on NLB Mobile.

d. Tap on Storage.

e. Select Clear Data.

f. Select Clear Cache.

g. Try signing in again.
