If my child does not want to participate in the activity because he/she is afraid, will he/she be allowed to sit out from the activity?
Your child will not be forced to participate if they are not ready. Instructors will form an encouraging and supportive environment with the group to help your child expand their comfort zone if they wish to attempt the activity. If you child has concerns, they can speak with their instructors.
