All public agencies are exempted from the Personal Data Protection Act. Public agencies including PA may collect and retain NRIC details to verify your identity in order to provide government services to you. These include disbursement of financial assistance, course registration, and rental of facilities. During emergencies such as fire, haze or outbreak of disease, our staff will need your NRIC details to identify, verify and render assistance to you. We would like to assure you that the PA has strict control on the access and use of the information to ensure that your personal data is secure.
