How do I dispute parking charges?
My car number is. I received a notification via SMS stating there was an unsuccessful payment for parking of $40 which I did not make. I just terminated my credit card this morning due to unauthorised transactions on FB. I would like to know where was this parking charges charged at and would like to dispute the $40 parking charges.
