The PAssion Silver Card is complimentary to all Singapore Citizens aged 60 years and above.
All Singaporean Citizens turning 60 years old are eligible to apply for the PAssion Silver Concession Card. You will receive an invitation letter to apply about one month before your 60th birthday, and may submit the application via the following modes:
a) Web Portal (www.transitlink.com.sg/eservice)
b) TransitLink Mobile Application
c) In person at any TransitLink Ticket Office
Seniors who do not apply for the PAssion Silver Concession Card within 3 months from date of invitation letter issued will receive the PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession). This will be mailed to them automatically.
