I have just set up 2FA for my Singpass or applied for Singpass at the Singpass counter and require assistance regarding the online process
If caller informed that they have applied for Singpass successfully but require assistance on the online process, schedule an appointment for them to go down to NCPG office at least one working day after they apply for Singpass as their details might not be updated with MyInfo department yet.
Advise caller to bring their documentary proof of the short-term visit pass they are given e.g. the white card on day of appointment.
