PSC continues to ensure the safety and well-being of overseas-based scholarship recipients. Beyond keeping in close contact with our them, we have engaged service providers to provide counselling and integrated crisis management services. The integrated crisis management services are intended to provide professional medical and security assistance to these overseas based scholarship recipients, in the event of a medical or security emergency.  

The PSC will also purchase medical insurance for all overseas-based scholarship recipients.
