How can I reset my own password for MIMS?

The first thing you need to do is set your Challenge Questions. (If you have set your challenge questions, skip the steps below)

  1. Login to MIMS Portal.

  2. On the main menu, click on Application. 

  3. Then click Set Challenge Questions.

  4. You will be asked to set 3 questions.

  5. After setting them, click Save Answers

SELF-SERVICE PASSWORD RESET

  1. Login to MIMS Portal.

  2. Enter your MIMS Login ID and you will be prompted with the Challenge Questions you have set earlier.

  3. Once challenge question has been answered correctly, you will then be able to reset your password.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO A SELF-SERVICE PASSWORD RESET

  1. Head to https://go.gov.sg/rss-schoolhelpline

  2. Follow the instructions and provide the necessary information.

  3. The administrative staff will do a reset in 2 - 5 working days, and the new password will be sent to email you provided.
