How can I unlock my MIMS/SLS Account?

  1. Head to https://go.gov.sg/rss-schoolhelpline

  2. Follow the instructions and provide the necessary information.

  3. The administrative staff will do a unlock your account in 2 - 5 working days, and the new password will be sent to email you provided.
