I cannot see my society in ROS eServices. What should I do?
Ensure you are authorised by Corppass admin or sub-admin to access ROS eServices. See here for how to check what e-services have been assigned to your Corppas account.
Contact your Corppass Admin if your authorisation appears incorrect or if your authorisation validity has expired.
Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve access issues. Try logging in again after clearing.
Contact Support: If you are still unable to access ROS eServices after following the above steps, contact Corppass Support for further assistance.
