Members of the public are encouraged to purchase available documents online via the Purchase of Documents e-service at ROS eService. The following options are available for the purchase of documents:

1) No Certified True Copy Required - $10

2) Certified True Copy Required - $65 search fee

Additional $5 fee per page for successful document extraction

3) All other documents not available online (e.g. statement of accounts) - $65 search fee

Additional $5 fee per page for successful document extraction

All document purchase fees are non-refundable.

For certified true copy and all other documents not available online, Registry of Societies will contact you within 3-5 working days for the purchase upon successful payment of $65 search fee through the document purchase e-service.
