Religious groups registered as societies under the Societies Act can access ROS website to make the declaration via either one of the two ROS eServices, ie. Annual Returns or Change of Management Details.

-Annual Returns (if the religious group's governing body was elected at an Annual General Meeting for which an Annual Returns submission for 2022 has not been submitted to ROS).

OR

-Change of Management Details (for all other circumstances regardless of how recent the last update had been made to ROS).
