What is the exchange policy for the SG60 Baby Gift, if items are damaged?
Each SG60 Baby Gift comes with a 30-day warranty. If there are damaged items in the Gift when you receive it, you may contact our appointed vendor, Noel Gifts, at 6735 6560, or email SG60BabyGift@noel.com.sg with the following:
FormSG submission ID
A short description of the damaged item(s)
A picture of the damaged item(s)
Our vendor will review and if needed, replace the item(s) within 5 working days after the review is completed.
