Parents are required to login via Singpass to register. Most parents will not have to submit supporting documents.

Supporting documents will only be required for the following:

1. SC child with Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) in 2025 and not born in 2025:

• Your child's Birth Certificate

• A doctor's certification of your child's EDD

2. SC child born overseas in 2025

• Your child's Singapore Citizenship certificate or Singapore Citizenship confirmation letter from ICA

3. Foreign child born in 2025 who became a naturalised SC after birth

• Your child's Singapore Citizenship certificate or Singapore Citizenship confirmation letter from ICA

4. Adopted SC child born in 2025

• Originating application for Adoption of Child

• Any supporting affidavits (if applicable)

• For foreign-born children: Adoptive child's Dependant's Pass (DP) or document indicating that the child's application for DP has been approved

• Adoptive child's application for SC
