I have suspended my Singpass account. How do I reactivate my account?
Reactivating a suspended account
To reactivate your account, please call the Singpass Helpdesk at 6335 3533, and press “9” for 24-hour scam support. Select “Need other assistance” by pressing “3”, and our Helpdesk officer will assist you to reactivate your account.
After calling the Singpass Helpdesk, I am unable to get through the first step to suspend my account. Why is this so?
Please ensure that you are using a Singapore registered mobile number for this call. In addition, if you have exceeded the maximum number of tries per day, you will not be able to proceed.
