Set up your Singpass app:

After downloading, launch the Singpass app and complete a one-time setup. The steps are as follows:

For local users with a mobile number registered with Singpass:

1. Enter your Singpass ID and password

2. Enter the SMS One-Time Password sent to your mobile number

3. You may be prompted to perform a face scan enabled by Singpass Face Verification to authenticate your identity

4. Follow the in-app instructions to set up your six-digit app passcode or biometric options

For overseas users or users without a mobile number registered with Singpass:

1. Enter your Singpass ID and password

2. You may be prompted to perform a face scan enabled by Singpass Face Verification to authenticate your identity

3. Follow the in-app instructions to set up your six-digit app passcode or biometric options
