What happens if I lose my device with my passkey?
You can still access your Singpass account using other login methods such as Singpass QR login, Singpass ID and password, Face Verification, or SMS One-Time Password (OTP).
When you set up the Singpass app on a new device and create a new passkey, your previous passkey will no longer work.
