Can I transfer my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to someone else (e.g., family member or next-of-kin) especially if they have a greater need for skills training)?

No, SFC is meant to support the individual ownership of skills development and lifelong learning of Singaporeans by defraying out-of-pocket course fees. As such, SFC is not transferable. Besides SFC, eligible individuals can access subsidies of up to 90% for MOE- and SSG-supported courses at Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and approved private training providers.
