OpenCerts is a platform developed by the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). It is used to tamper-proof issuance of digital certificates and verify the authenticity of the certificates using blockchain technology.  

SkillsFuture Singapore uses OpenCerts to issue the Workforce Skills Qualifications Statements of Attainment and Full Qualifications.
