SMC-registered doctors who wish to seek verification of COC for non-accredited courses which they have attended can submit an application to the Aesthetic Practice Oversight Committee (“APOC”) using this form. Before submitting an application, applicants should ensure that all requirements listed in the General Criteria for Certificate of Competence Course Accreditation have been met.

Applicants are also reminded that until they receive confirmation from the APOC that the certificate obtained from the non-accredited course is a valid COC, they are not to perform the procedure.
