Upon receipt of the prescribed payment and your application is approved, the criminal records will be provided directly to the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) to be served formally to the defence during the CCDC process.

If the application is received with the prescribed payment but the defence elects not to serve the Case for the Defence during the secondary service in the CCDC, the criminal records will not be served to defence. In such a situation, no refund will be allowed. All applications are subject to approval.
