Forms can be downloaded from the RACAR website at here. To register as an RACA, the air cargo agent shall submit a duly completed application form and the following documents to support its registration.

Company

• Name of applicant

• Unique Entity Number

• Full name of each director

• If the company trades under another trading name, that trading name

Partnership

• Name of applicant

• Full name of each partner

• If the partnership trades under another trading name, that trading name

Unincorporated Association

• Name of applicant

• Unique Entity Number

• Full name of each director

• If the association trades under another trading name, that trading name

In Any Other Case

• Name of the applicant

• If the applicant trades under another name, that trading name

• Name of that air cargo agent’s chief executive officer or manager

• The postal address, telephone number (including an after hours telephone number), fax number (if any) and email address (if any) of the applicant’s principal office in Singapore and each of the applicant’s sites in Singapore that will be covered by the applicant’s RACASP

• Any other information that the Police requires in any particular case
