When declaring TradeNet Permit, the declarant is required to upload the following documents via the TradeNet portal to the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department to support the application:

i) For Import - Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill, Invoice, End User Certificate and Export licence or approval issued by the Authorities of the place of origin
ii) For Export - Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill, Invoice, End User Certificate and Import licence or approval from the Authorities of the final destination
iii) For Transhipment - Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill, Invoice, End User Certificate and import and export licences or approvals issued from the Authorities of the place of origin and final destination
iv) Valid Dealer licence in arms, explosives and explosives precursors issued by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department.
