Why do security officers and private investigators require an identification card (ID Card)?
Under Regulation 20(2) of the Private Security Industry (Private Investigation and Security Agencies) Regulations 2009, a licensed private investigator and/or security officer shall carry his ID card at all times when he is on duty.
