Do I need to apply for a Public Entertainment licence if I plan for music and singing at a wedding dinner or a private celebration held in a hotel?
You do not need to apply for a licence if the wedding dinner or celebration is only intended for your invited guests and it is held in a room or hall where members of public are excluded. However, if the dinner or celebration is held in an area which is accessible to members of the public, an arts entertainment licence from IMDA may be required. For more information, please visit IMDA website.
