There are changes to the information in my Public Entertainment licence. How do I provide the update?
You are required to update the following within 7 days of the change being effected:
- Capacity of place/ occupant load of establishment
- FSSD Building Plan Reference Number
- Layout of licensed premises
- Company/business/organisation name or partner/director/office-bearer
- Licensee (transfer of licence to another person within the same company/business/LLP/organisation)
All changes/updates for public entertainment licences are to be submitted via GoBusiness.
