Does the new law for liquor licence apply to the delivery of liquor by liquor retailers?

The delivery of liquor must be made in accordance with the trading hours specified in the liquor licence. There are no restrictions on delivering liquor beyond the trading hours specified in the liquor licence if the delivery is made to a non-public place in Singapore.
