How long is COC process?
COC will usually take 3 working days to process.
Applicant will receive an email notification to know the result. The email will ask applicant to proceed with the fingerprint.
If applicant is in Singapore, he/she can book the earliest date available under Book fingerprint appointment at COC webpage.
Usually it will take one week for applicant to collect their certificate.
If applicant is in overseas and selected mailing method. The process will take longer as the mailing from the respective country to Singapore vary on the type of postal services. COC will take 5 working days to process the fingerprint and issue the certificate. The postal will be registered mail and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to reach the postal address depending on the country destination.
