We do not provide personal criminal records checks to the individual/ex-offenders/prospective employers, hiring companies/recruitment company or to other third-party company checks, due to criminal records are confidential.
We do not disclose criminal records of an individual/ex-offender who was previously convicted for registrable/criminal offences.
If you wish to obtain a copy of your criminal records, you may obtain the records from the crime registry either from the Singapore State Courts or the Supreme Courts depending on which court is your case was filed at.
There will be a processing fee which to be paid when you purchase the criminal records from either the State courts or from the Supreme court.
